Since 1976, Shri Shyam singh Saini has been the Patron of the company. He has been in real estate development in Meerut with several commercial and residential projects delivered. Currently, residential projects of duplexes are under construction.

Shri SSS has pioneered in bringing new technologies in the field of construction in Meerut. Earthquake-resistant buildings correct the ratio of rebars to cement in columns to give maximum rigidity, to name a few.
